By accessing and using Botcart services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Botcart ("we", "us", "our"), including our website at botcart.com and our Facebook application (collectively, the "Services").

Botcart provides AI-powered Facebook comment automation services that help businesses manage and respond to comments on their Facebook pages. Our Services include:

  • Knowledge base creation and management
  • Integration with Facebook pages
  • Facebook ads insights and analytics

3. Meta Platform Terms

Our Services integrate with Meta's platforms (including Facebook). By using our Services, you also agree to comply with:

  • Meta's Terms of Service
  • Meta's Platform Terms
  • Meta's Community Standards
  • Meta's Developer Policies
  • Any other applicable Meta policies

You acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with all applicable Meta terms when using our Services
  • Your access to Meta platform data through our Services may be revoked by Meta at any time
  • You must have all necessary rights and permissions to share any Meta platform data with us
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with Meta's policies
  • We may share information with Meta to verify compliance with the Platform Terms
  • Meta is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms and may enforce them against you directly

Meta Permissions Used by Botcart

Our service requires specific permissions from Meta to function properly. By using Botcart, you authorize us to request and utilize the following permissions:

  • pages_read_engagement: Allows us to read content posted on your pages and metrics about it
  • pages_manage_posts: Allows us to create, edit, and delete posts on your pages
  • pages_show_list: Allows us to see the list of pages you manage
  • pages_read_user_content: Allows us to read user-generated content on your pages
  • pages_manage_engagement: Allows us to manage comments and messages on your pages
  • pages_manage_metadata: Allows us to update page settings
  • ads_read: Allows us to read your active ads data to provide insights and automation capabilities
  • business_management: Allows us to access your business pages and assets

These permissions are requested through Meta's official authorization process. When connecting your account, you will see a clear permission screen from Meta that lists all permissions we're requesting. You must explicitly approve these permissions before we can access any of your data.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook account settings. For more information on how we use the data accessed through these permissions, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use our Services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate, complete, and updated information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Have all necessary rights and permissions to connect your Facebook pages to our Services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure that your content and use of our Services does not violate Meta's Platform Terms
  • Authorize the specific Meta permissions required for Botcart to function

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or other forms of unwanted communications
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use the Services in any way that violates Meta's policies
  • Generate automated responses that are deceptive, misleading, or harmful
  • Scrape, collect, or store data from Meta platforms contrary to Meta's Platform Terms
  • Use our Services to build any products that compete with Meta without explicit written permission
  • Transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our consent
  • Use ads data accessed through our service for purposes not permitted by Meta

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • We access Meta platform data only with proper authorization and permissions
  • We do not "scrape" or collect data through unauthorized means
  • We use data only for providing and improving our Services
  • We do not sell your Meta platform data to third parties
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data with us
  • We will delete Meta platform data upon your request or when no longer needed

  • Ads data is used only for the specific purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • We have obtained Meta's approval for accessing and using the permissions listed above

7. Meta Platform Compliance

In addition to the terms above, when using our Services with Meta platforms:

  • We will clearly display a link to Meta's terms in our application
  • We will promptly delete all Meta platform data if Meta or you request us to do so
  • We will not use Meta platform data for any purpose not permitted by Meta's Platform Terms
  • We will not transfer Meta platform data to any ad network, data broker, or other advertising service
  • We will not include features that proxy, request, or collect Facebook usernames or passwords
  • We will not circumvent intended limitations on Meta platform features
  • We will respond promptly to user complaints and take appropriate action
  • We will fix any violations of Meta's Platform Terms promptly upon notice
  • We will handle all ads data in strict compliance with Meta's Advertising Policies
  • We will not use ads data to retarget users or for any purposes beyond those explicitly authorized

You acknowledge that our application may be subject to review, approval, and revocation by Meta at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botcart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your content that you upload, submit, or display through our Services. By providing content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Services to you.

9. Payment Terms

Some of our Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
  • Provide accurate and complete billing information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Keep your billing information up to date

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Upon termination for any reason:

  • All rights granted to you under these Terms will cease
  • You must cease all activities authorized by these Terms
  • We will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We will delete Meta platform data as required by Meta's Platform Terms
  • All Meta permissions we had for your account will be revoked

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Botcart makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Botcart or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if Botcart or a Botcart authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

15. Relationship with Meta

Botcart is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Our Services access Meta platforms through their public APIs in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms.

You acknowledge that:

  • Meta may change or restrict access to its platforms at any time
  • Our Services may be affected by changes to Meta's platforms or policies
  • Meta has the right to enforce its Platform Terms directly against you or us
  • Meta may revoke our access to its platforms if we violate its terms
  • The permissions we use have been reviewed and approved by Meta
  • Your continued access to Meta data through our service depends on your compliance with Meta's policies

16. Google Services Integration

Our platform integrates with certain Google services. By using Botcart, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This integration is necessary for certain functionality of our platform, including analytics and authentication features.
